Logging in to Chandler School's Website & Website Account Management

The chandlerschool.org website uses Blackbaud ID for authentication. Blackbaud is the service provider that operates our website. Blackbaud also does the same for many other local schools.

Blackbaud ID provides a common login for Chandler and requires that each user have either a working email address (all adults, Alumni, and Middle School students) or a Chandler School Workspace account (Lower School students).

Students & Employees

All students and employees must use their Chandler School Workspace account as well as the “Sign in with Google” link.

Everyone Else

For everyone else, you are initially registered with the email address that you have on file with the school.

To log on, enter your full email address.

• If you have previously registered and have a Blackbaud ID you will be prompted to enter the password that you chose at that time. If you have forgotten your password you may reset it by selecting the “Forgot password?” link from the login page.
• If you have not previously set up your Blackbaud ID but have been set up in our systems you will be prompted to select a new password or (if applicable) give you the option to “Sign up with Google” (@gmail.com accounts or those hosted by Google).

What if I forgot my password or I need to change my password?

If you use “Sign in with Google” you do NOT need a password for our systems. If you want to change your Google password you may do so on their website.

If you do NOT use Google, please enter your full email address on the login screen. That will take you to the password entry page. From there you can select "Forgot Password?" and use the automated tool to reset your password. 

The Chandler Helpdesk cannot reset passwords. If you use a password you must use the automated tool to change your password.

What if I change my email address?

Blackbaud ID registration remains in place until you change your email address. If you change your email address you must do two things:

• Step 1: update your Blackbaud ID profile.
• Step 2: using your updated Blackbaud ID, log on to the chandlerschool.org website and select your Profile from the upper most right menu, edit your email address. Our systems will synchronize within two business days.
